The Diwan-i-Khas ({{langx|ur|{{nq|دیوانِ خاص}}}}, or "Hall of Private Audiences"), is located in the Lahore Fort in Lahore, Pakistan. It served as the place where the Mughal emperors received courtiers and state guests.{{cite web |url=http://islamic-arts.org/2011/the-citadel-lahore-fort/ |title=The Citadel (Lahore Fort) |year=2011 |website= |publisher=Islamics Arts and Architecture |accessdate=2016-07-13 |archive-date=2018-12-25 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20181225122702/http://islamic-arts.org/2011/the-citadel-lahore-fort/ |url-status=dead }}

In contrast to the Diwan-i-Aam, the Diwan-i-Khas served as a hall where the Mughal Emperor would attend to matters of the state. The hall was the site of elaborate pageantry, with processions of up to one hour long occurring before each audience session.{{cite book|last1=Latif|first1=Syad Muhammad|title=Lahore: Its History, Architectural Remains and Antiquities: With an Account of Its Modern Institutions, Inhabitants, Their Trade, Customs, &c|date=1892|author-link=Syad Muhammad Latif|publisher=Oxford University|location=New Imperial Press (London)|pages=426}}
