Not significant enough for a separate article, and the original is brief and could do with expansion Flat Out let's discuss it''' 02:26, 27 December 2013 (UTC)

External links
There are currently (Sep. 2, 2019) two external links that perhaps should not be there.
- [http://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.com/index.cfm?PgNm=TCE&Params=A1ARTA0007903 Telegraph]
- 2.1.1 CNCP FacsRoute - Canada (1988) Archived 2016-03-04 at the Wayback Machine, Page 2, ITU - Telecommunication Standardization Sector Temporary Document 35 (WP 1/16)
http://ftp.tiaonline.org/TR-30/TR-30.5/Public/ITU-T%20SG16%20Documents/Nov.%202000/Temporary/1-35.doc
The first one, pointing to the Canadian Encyclopedia...Wikipedia articles should point to newspaper articles, books, magazine articles, etc...
The second link, points to a website that asks for a Login and Password. I believe this link, should be deleted because only the person who posted the link (or others who have authorization) could access the resource.
Requesting deletion of these two links and to substitute freely and openly accessible content. Jimj wpg (talk) 23:11, 2 September 2019 (UTC)
