Superlative claims

I was unable to verify either the superlative claim "After the project was completed in 1997, the El Toro Y stood as one of the widest roads in the world, at 26 traffic lanes wide" or "The "Y" is one of the busiest interchanges in the world." All the sources I found consisted of people saying "one of the busiest" or "might be the widest in the United States." Would be curious to find the source for those.
