Merger proposal with [[New York State Route 390]]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I propose a merger between this page and the page for New York State Route 390, as the two routes are essentially two segments of the same route, just with different systems of maintenance. There are other examples of Wikipedia pages for such routes, such as Interstate 540 and North Carolina Highway 540 and Interstate 210 and State Route 210 (California). Feel free to add your thoughts on this below.
