My understanding is that images created by the government are public domain. Am I correct? If so, I can put an image of the interchange up that was created by WisDOT. --Karlshea 23:32, 5 August 2005 (UTC)

Article very POV-y
This article basically reads like a promotional brochure put out by a state agency. Surely there are sources detailing the most important aspects, which could be distilled down into a much more concise, encyclopedic article. The amount of fluff is staggering.
