Would there be a cite for this to a specific 3.5 book? Yes, the quote, "this theory has not been confirmed", I would just like the source reference material that explicitly "does not confirm" this. ::"Sorcerer" was one of the level titles for magic users in AD&D 1e, as seen in the 1e PHB, but that was very different from being a distinct class. They only became a distinct class in 3e. oknazevad (talk) 17:38, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
