South end

from maps, some from [http://www.aaroads.com/delaware/road_maps.htm]:

  • downtown Camden - 1927
  • US 40 north of Pennsville - 1938? 1944?
  • Pennsville - 1941?
  • east end of DMB - 1952?
  • NJTP/I-295 split - 1960
  • east end of DMB - 1968

[http://www.route40.net/scrapbook/nj/page06.shtml] says US 40 was realigned in 1929 to Pennsville. --SPUI (talk) 21:58, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Route 49 wouldn't be considered major at Route 130 since that's where Route 130 South ends, right? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.228.70.72 (talkcontribs) 00:12, 19 August 2006 (UTC{{{3|}}})

US 130/522

US Route 130 wouldn't be considered major at County Route 522 in Dayton, would it since they multiplex for a few miles?

:No, because it's a county highway and there's plenty of more important junctions to list. And going back to your other question about NJ 49, it's not listed because we've already listed the 3 other routes at the southern terminus, and NJ 49 isn't remotely major in comparison to them.

:If you haven't yet, please check your talk page, where I tried to give you some guidelines so you don't have to ask about every single junction. -- NORTH talk 17:48, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

bridge replacement in Gloucester County

The article has drawbridge over Raccoon Creek at south edge of Bridgeport. At this writing, traffic is now 2-way on what will be southbound side of new high level bridge. The drawbridge has to be removed because it stands in the path of what will be new northbound lanes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Carlm0404 (talkcontribs) 04:05, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
