• Keep - It's in draft space now, and needs declining if submitted. It was in article space, where it needed deleting or draftifying. Maybe the nominator started writing this nomination while it was in article space, and AFD would have been appropriate. Robert McClenon (talk) 17:42, 18 October 2023 (UTC)
