The result of the discussion was merge to Template:Professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada , noting that this new template will just be {{-r|Template:Top-level sport leagues in the United States}} with the missing content of {{-r|Major Leagues}} added in, but with an expanded name to match the related article. Propose merging Template:Major Leagues with Template:Top-level sport leagues in the United States.

:*Comment The major leagues navbox is for Major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada (also known as the "Big Four", plus CFL and MLS. The other navbox covers every obscure "top-level" league for random stuff like fencing. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 21:31, 16 April 2024 (UTC)

:Delete {{tl|Top-level sport leagues in the United States}} instead. There is no corresponding article, and as {{u|WikiOriginal-9}} points out, it seems a bit random. --woodensuperman 11:09, 17 April 2024 (UTC)

• Merge The major leagues are the top level leagues and the top-level navbox should be for the top sports like baseball, football, basketball, soccer, hockey. Fencing, swimming, eating, and gaming are not really sports in terms of major league sports. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 15:28, 17 April 2024 (UTC)

Presumably Template:Walt Disney Studios Park will be moved to this space once the park is officially renamed in 2025. This is 100% jumping the gun. GSK (talk • edits) 00:49, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
