"(I'm A) Stand by My Woman Man" is a song written by Kent Robbins, and recorded by American country music artist Ronnie Milsap. It was released in July 1976 as the second single from the album 20/20 Vision. The song was Milsap's sixth number one on the country chart. The single stayed at number one for two weeks and spent a total of eleven weeks within the top 40.{{cite book |title= The Billboard Book Of Top 40 Country Hits: 1944-2006, Second edition|last=Whitburn |first=Joel |author-link=Joel Whitburn |year=2004 |publisher=Record Research |page=232}}

It is an answer song to Tammy Wynette's Stand By Your Man.{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=PMpOGoVFGFoC&dq=stand+by+your+man+ronnie+milsap&pg=PA102|title = Understanding Popular Music|isbn = 9780415107228|last1 = Shuker|first1 = Roy|year = 1994}} Backing vocals were provided by The Holladay Sisters.

According to Milsap, the song was "almost" a lawsuit because the opening piano melody, played by session musician Hargus "Pig" Robbins, sounded similar to Robbins' intro on "Behind Closed Doors".{{cite AV media notes |title=Ultimate Ronnie Milsap |others=Ronnie Milsap |year=2004 |first=Kienzle |last=Rich |type=CD booklet |publisher=RCA Records |id=82876}}
