(R)-3-Nitrobiphenyline is a drug which acts as an Alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist, selective for the Alpha-2C adrenergic receptor subtype, as well as being a weak antagonist at the Alpha-2A adrenergic receptor and Alpha-2B adrenergic receptor subtypes.
