:Afghans in Qatar

About 1,000 of those people held Pakistani passports, with many using it to come to the Gulf states since they could not get visas during the war in Afghanistan. {{Cite web |url=http://www.thepeninsulaqatar.com/qatar/200331-kabul-looks-to-qatar-support-at-aid-meet.html |title=Kabul looks to Qatar support at aid meet |access-date=2012-09-12 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20120824120158/http://www.thepeninsulaqatar.com/qatar/200331-kabul-looks-to-qatar-support-at-aid-meet.html |archive-date=2012-08-24 |url-status=dead }}
