Bodianus neopercularis, is a species of wrasse from the family Labridae{{Fishbase|Bodianus|neopercularis|month=August|year=2019}} which is native to tropical and warm temperate waters of the Indo-West Pacific, particularly the Marshall Islands.Gomon, Martin F. "A revision of the labrid fish genus Bodianus with descriptions of eight new species." Records of the Australian Museum, Supplement 30 (2006): 1-133. A record of Bodianus opercularis from Palau has now been reidentified as this species.
