Members of Parliament (MPs) of the Parliament of Ghana, elected to the 8th Parliament of the Republic of Ghana, (1997–2001). Because of military interventions, Ghana now has a 4th Republic since 7 January 1993. This is thus the 2nd Parliament of the 4th Republic.

This includes MPs elected in the Ghanaian parliamentary election, 1996 and those subsequently elected in by-elections.
