This category should be used for people who are notable only or primarily for their work as a voice actor. If a person is notable for other types of acting, then a stub article about them should use {{tl|actor-stub}} or one of its other subtypes instead.
If the person is an American voice actor, then a stub article about them should use {{tl|US-voice-actor-stub}} instead.
The perfect article about an actor gives both a (possibly short) biography and a list of performances. Also, appropriate categories should be added, especially those listed in :Category:Actors by nationality and :Category:Voice actors.
