The regiment consists of four squadrons (1 Squadron in Winnipeg, 2 Squadron in Regina, 3 Squadron in Thunder Bay and 4 Squadron in Saskatoon). Role

38 Signal Regiment provides tactical and strategic communication capabilities to the command staff of 38 Canadian Brigade Group. The regiment employs short, medium and long range voice communication systems.
