Elms Bridge Halt was a request stop on the former Coleford, Monmouth, Usk and Pontypool Railway. It was opened on 27 November 1933{{cite book|last=Butt|first=R.V.J.|title=The Directory of Railway Stations|year=1995|publisher=Patrick Stephens Ltd|location=Yeovil|isbn=1-85260-508-1|id=R508|page=90}} to serve the villages near Raglan, Monmouthshire. It was closed in 1955{{cite book|last=Quick|first=M E|title=Railway passenger stations in England, Scotland and Wales – a chronology|year=2002|publisher=Railway and Canal Historical Society|location=Richmond|page=172|oclc=931112387}} following the withdrawal of passenger services on the line. It was located in a small cutting near a small road bridge about {{convert|5|mi|56|chain|km}} from Monmouth Troy.
