Fervidobacterium changbaicum is a species of thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. It is non-sporulating, motile, gram-negative, and rod-shaped. The type strain is CBS-1(T) (=DSM 17883(T) =JCM 13353(T)).{{Cite journal
