| Fair Use Rationale= As this is a publicity photo, and states "Boxing Blade Photo" in blue print on the bottom of the photo, it may qualify for fair use. Goldstein died in 1977, 39 years ago, helping the argument for fair use, as another photo cannot be found. As the photo is signed, it was obviously used for publicity. The photo is old, and in relatively poor condition, with low resolution, and will not be used again by wikipedia. The size of the image will be kept small.

| additional_information = This photo was very likely published in the United States during the early years of Goldstein's boxing career as it is dated in boxrec circa 1918. It therefore, by definition, may be eligible for the Public Domain in the United States. I do not recommend it be moved to Wiki Commons, however.
