Isoamylase ({{EnzExplorer|3.2.1.68}}, debranching enzyme, glycogen α-1,6-glucanohydrolase) is an enzyme with systematic name glycogen 6-α-D-glucanohydrolase.{{cite journal | vauthors = Yokobayashi K, Misaki A, Harada T | title = Purification and properties of Pseudomonas isoamylase | journal = Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Enzymology | volume = 212 | issue = 3 | pages = 458–469 | date = September 1970 | pmid = 5456995 | doi = 10.1016/0005-2744(70)90252-4 }} It catalyses the hydrolysis of (1→6)-α-D-glucosidic branch linkages in glycogen, amylopectin and their β-limit dextrins. It also readily hydrolyses amylopectin.
