James Hodges Atkins IV (born June 23, 1978) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL).{{cite news | url=https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-journal-news/163732475/ | title=A long road to the NFL | work=The Journal News | date=December 1, 2003 | accessdate=23 January 2025}} He played college football for the Virginia Union Panthers.
