The Khash River (or Khash Rud River) is a river in Afghanistan.{{Cite web |url=https://pubs.usgs.gov/ds/333/pdf/ds333_v1.1.pdf |title=Streamflow Characteristics of Streams in the Helmand Basin, Afghanistan |last=Williams-Sether |first=Tara |date=2008 |access-date=13 June 2017}}
The Khash rises in the southern part of Ghor Province on the southern slopes of Siah-Koh (Black Mountain), and flows southwest towards the towns of Delaram, Khash, and Zaranj in Nimruz Province. The river water is generally exhausted in irrigation, reaching the Hamun Lake only in flood.[http://www.1902encyclopedia.com/A/AFG/afghanistan-03.html 1902 encyclopedia]
