Club career

On 18 June 2008, he signed his first professional contract agreeing to a three-year deal with FC Nantes until June 2011. On 29 January 2014, Négo signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with Championship side Charlton Athletic for an undisclosed fee, ahead of their fixture against Wigan Athletic{{cite web|url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25961144|title=Transfer window: Charlton sign Ghoochannejhad and Nego|publisher=BBC Sport|date=30 January 2014|accessdate=1 February 2014}} where he made his league debut for the club.

Négo was a part of the team that won the 2010 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship on home soil.
