Master of Space and Time is a 1984 science fiction novel by American writer Rudy Rucker[https://www.amazon.com/dp/1560257032 Amazon listing for novel] - {{ISBN|1-56025-703-2}} that centers on an inventor, Harry Gerber, who discovers a way to create his own tailor-made universe.
