New eastbound roadway just east of this tunnel

I understand the newer tunnel is the eastbound one, and that a westbound climbing lane was needed just before this tunnel.

Solution: eastbound just after the tunnel was put on a new roadbed. This left room on old roadbed for westbound climbing lane. Carlm0404 (talk) 07:19, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
