In 2006, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker was invited to serve as a mentor for the Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative, an international philanthropic programme that pairs masters in their disciplines with emerging talents for a year of one-to-one creative exchange. Out of a very gifted field of candidates, De Keersmaeker chose Anani Dodji Sanouvi, a young dancer originally from Togo as her protégé.http://www.rolexmentorprotege.com/pairing/2006-2007/anne_teresa_de_keersmaeker_and_anani_dodji_sanouvi#sthash.3ztM8dzy.dpuf — Preceding unsigned comment added by RMP2014 (talk • contribs) 13:57, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
