Hindu is the Persian word for the residents of India (in the article on Hinduism you can see the sentence, " it has also been described by the modern term Sanātana Dharma"). :::WP:OR applies. Though you appear to believe that :Udhayanidhi Stalin was using Sanatana Dharma as a euphemism for Hinduism, we would need reliable sources that explicitly made the link between what he said and anti-Hindu beliefs. It is a bit tenuous.
