Un-cited health claims

I propose deleting "In 1855, Joret and Homolle discovered that apiol was an effective treatment of amenorrea or lack of menstruation." unless a proper citation can be provided. This is a specious medical claim.

Merger proposal

Should this article be merged with Apiol? Much of the info in Apiol is also contained in this article. TheLeaper (talk) 15:13, 27 June 2016 (UTC)

:Oppose: the contents now seem to be sufficiently differentiated between the chemical compound apiol and the traditional herbal preparation Apiole, which will contain many compounds other than apiol. Klbrain (talk) 00:34, 7 January 2022 (UTC)
