King may seem most notable as Ford's grandfather, but most of this stuff about Ford belongs on his page, not here, especially the abuse, drinking, etc., divorce. That was not the father's fault or life. This seems totally inappropriate to have so much space here devoted to Ford and his natural father.--Parkwells (talk) 17:35, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

:King's life was about seeing and making the most of the opportunity on the frontier, founding towns and building a $20 million fortune. Surely that is more important than the scandal of his son. In terms of that, he paid child support to Dorothy King/Ford until his death.--Parkwells (talk) 11:35, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
