Gay Icon Project

In my effort to merge the now-deleted list from the article Gay icon to the Gay icons category, I have added this page to the category. I engaged in this effort as a "human script", adding everyone from the list to the category, bypassing the fact-checking stage. That is what I am relying on you to do. Please check the article Gay icon and make a judgment as to whether this person or group fits the category. By distributing this task from the regular editors of one article to the regular editors of several articles, I believe that the task of fact-checking this information can be expedited. Thank you very much. Philwelch 20:19, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Do you have a source for Chenoa? If not this should be removed. IKrolm (talk) 19:46, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

Deleted category

I remove the category People from Mar del Plata, according to the criteria that the place of birth by itself doesn´t always qualified a person to be incorporated to the category People from.... This singer lived since she was seven years old in Mallorca, Spain, so she is Spaniard from a practical point of view.

In the same way, important people like the late writer Osvaldo Soriano and the actress Nacha Guevara, all of them born in MDQ, are not included in this category, 'cause they were raised in Buenos Aires. However, feel free to discuss the point here according to wiki policies.
