Should be Cation or Anion

This is not a commonly used term. This should explain that "counterion" means anion or cation, depending on charge Skepticalgiraffe (talk) 16:01, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

"Chlorine ion"?

I think that it should say "chloride" instead of "chlorine".
