Dalton or DALTON?

While the Dalton homepage [http://www.kjemi.uio.no/software/dalton/dalton.html main page] does not use all caps, the [http://www.kjemi.uio.no/software/dalton/program.php requested citation format], the [http://www.kjemi.uio.no/software/dalton/manual.php manual], and the output produced by the program all use DALTON. Is one more appropriate than the other for Wikipedia purposes? 66.57.7.153 (talk) 18:55, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

:I say leave it as Dalton. Your second reference is not all caps. The manual page that links to the different version manuals in pdf is not all caps. Output often uses all caps. There is no clear reason to change. --Bduke (Discussion) 22:06, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

::Ok. A related question, why did you create JAGUAR with all caps? 66.57.7.153 (talk) 22:37, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

:::I do not recall. Maybe there was a redlink somewhere in all caps that I just clicked on. I do not use the program. I was just creating stubs for others to follow. We are not likely to get consistency on the naming of programs. --Bduke (Discussion) 23:02, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
