Official website

Guys, the foundation has been contacted by a person claiming to Dana DeArmond. She sent me her drivers license and some other information, all of which seems legit. She is very concerned that we are listing a website as an "official website" which is not her official website at all and which she has no association with, but rather is owned by someone else (which Whois would seem to confirm). She tried to remove the website herself but was quickly reverted and then blocked. So, I've gone ahead and removed the website. If anyone has any concerns about this, please feel free to raise them. :To clarify, her official website is not danadearmond.com but http://theinternetsgirlfriend.com/ Vinh1313 (talk) 07:22, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

actually, her official website is danadearmond.com. my contract with her states this clearly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.225.230.183 (talk) 07:46, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

:Wikipedia is not bound by your contract. If you have problems with her not endorsing your website, take it up with her. Don't dispute it here.Vinh1313 (talk) 15:58, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

::This is correct. I've semi-protected the page for two weeks to avert any potential edit war over this as requested at WP:P*. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 16:14, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

how can i take it up with her? unless you are her, shes not the one editing this page to provide false information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.225.230.183 (talk) 01:42, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

: You can take it up with her legally. I'm sure you have her contact information, or her lawyer's. In the meantime, Wikipedia wants no part of your disagreements, since this is not the forum for them. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 03:05, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

: She's the one that's not endorsing your website as being official, but instead endorses another website. The official website is by every reasonable standard whatever she endorses as her official site. To put in your website when she endorses another would be providing false information. If she's failing to live up to the terms of the contract by refusing to endorse your website, take it up with her. The contract is between you and her. If you can't or won't enforce it on her, you can't enforce it on people who are parties outside of the contract. Vinh1313 (talk) 05:14, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Real name?

  • {{u|Rebecca1990}} claims that Dana DeArmond is her real name, but I don't see a source for that so I [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dana_DeArmond&diff=prev&oldid=645582682 reinstated] the term "stage name"...and it keeps getting [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dana_DeArmond&oldid=645595399&diff=prev reverted]. Wouldn't adding a source be pretty simple? Erpert blah, blah, blah... 19:12, 4 February 2015 (UTC)

:*Yes, no disrespect to {{U|Rebecca1990}}, but given how unusual and extraordinary that would be for the industry, a source is needed. --Scalhotrod (Talk) ☮ღ☺ 19:21, 4 February 2015 (UTC)

:*Using inductive reasoning to presume that it is a stage name and adding this to the article is actually original research. When you omit mentioning that it is a stage name, it does not imply that it is one. Morbidthoughts (talk) 00:00, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

:*Here are a couple of interviews were she says its her real name: [http://www.ishootporn.com/3608/porno-interview-64-dana-dearmond/], [http://www.xcritic.com/adult/DanaDeArmondSecured.pdf]. Rebecca1990 (talk) 04:01, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

::*Well, then, couldn't you easily have done [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dana_DeArmond&diff=645728385&oldid=645595399 this] instead of simply reverting without providing the sources? Anyway, they're there now, so we can move on. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 09:47, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

No mention of partial Jewish ancestry

She's mentioned it on her official Twitter account at least a number of times 2601:8C:4581:1150:2DB8:3A11:7D57:FA70 (talk) 01:57, 18 April 2020 (UTC)

  • how is her ancestry relevant? If you have relevant sources to cite, you can easily add it to the article. However without reliable source it's useless information though Risinek (talk) 23:05, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
