I question whether some of the comments in the education section of this page are appropriate for inclusion in this page, particularly the references in the Cyber Charter School and Bishop Shanahan High School.

Bishop Shanahan is a major high school in Downingtown, but I agree with you on the cyber school. It seems unneccesary.

Following on the issue of education, I've made some adjustments in the past based on that suggested above and included some other schools not previously listed, however, some people seem intent on including the entire Downingtown Area School District listing on this page, despite that the majority of those schools are NOT in Downingtown. I am of the opinion that the district should be named, but only the schools located in the borough listed, same as has been done for the Archdiocese, since this is a page about the borough. The district has it's own website that can be linked to, and those other schools should appear in the pages of the townships that contain them. Can anyone provide a counter-argument for keeping the entire listing? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 169.229.69.157 (talk) 16:13, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
