The racial makeup of the borough was 98.71% White, 0.52% African American, 0.52% Asian, and 0.26% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.78% of the population.

Who gives a flying? You americans are weird. Why don't you put it more honestly. I.E. Only 0.52% are decendants of slaves and less than 2% are of other races (that we feel we should mention because we call our once-were-slaves a race even though most of the population are not descendant of slaves regardless of this race thing...blah. blah, blah. You need just two categories, Once-were-slave-owners (99%) and descendant of slaves (1%). Then you'll be able to get over it, finally.--Meika (talk) 23:01, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
