Protonation states and names
A decision needs to be made about conjugate acid (charged state/protonation state)
The structure does not coincide with the SMILES or the PubChem link--ChemSpiderMan (talk) 04:28, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
:I only found the trianion form on other web pages, so I suggest to change to formula to [C10H17O7P2]3-.

"prenyltransferase"?
A prenyltransferase is an enzyme - hence, the "ase." GP is clearly not an enzyme. My guess is someone misread the reference that is cited for that statement. I *think* that a correct statement would be "It is a substrate of a prenyltransferase," but I'm not positive. I'm going to remove the statement altogether; if someone wants to confirm my suggestion and put that in instead, go for it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spameroo (talk • contribs) 09:21, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
