Don't delete article

I believe this page shouldn't be deleted. These are my reasons:

  1. Several users on Wikipedia have found her relevant to include in an online encloypedia and have attempted to create a page about Gin.
  2. Her song, 'Under My Skin', has hit the Top 20 in New Zealand and is still in the Top 20. For all we know, this song could reach the Top 10 or even number one.
  3. Her music is both unique and interesting and many people can agree with me. Ask the people who tried to make an article about her before.
  4. She's already mentioned in Wikipedia on some pages about her Record Company.
  5. Her album has been reviewed on a national level in New Zealand.

These are some of my reasons. If the quality of the article is not up to standard, I will work on it and bring it up to a reasonable standard by finding more information, adding tables, a picture etc. over the next two or so weeks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rmnm (talkcontribs) 04:17, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

Argentina & time of father's death

I think there may be a factual inaccuracy - the article currently states that Ms. Wigmore's Father passed away *while* she was in Argentina, but other articles I have read indicate that she opted on the Argentinian exchange after that tragedy, in order 'to cope with his death'. Can anyone cite a reliable source for the article in its current form?

Sourcing

The page should not be deleted, however major improvements are needed. I will try to help. Dance-pop (talk) 04:02, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Here is a source. I don't have time yet to help the article. Maybe in a cuple of days. Dance-pop (talk) 04:31, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

NZ voice?

Is Gin Wigmore a New Zealander? Her singing voice sounds more like the American deep South - or is that just an affectation? 203.184.41.226 (talk) 22:52, 21 September 2012 (UTC)
