Awarif Ul Ma'Arif

Clarke also translated the Awarif Ul Ma'Arif.

He seems to have been initiated into a Sufi order.

Mughal mother

Article needs to mention Clarke's mother who was a Mughal princess. This explains his command of court Persian or Dari. Idries Shah refers to Clarke as a Sufi in several places.--Wool Bridge (talk) 15:10, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
