It might be worth noting here what happened to Jugan late in life. FYI:

Real name and number of children in Joucan family

Hello

Jeanne Jugan was actually called 'Jeanne Joucan'. His father is not named "Joseph Jugan" as indicated, but "Joseph Joucan".

This page, said that Jeanne Jugan was the sixth child of a family of eight.

The relevant page of WP-fr said that Jeanne Jugan was the fifth child of the family, without saying how many children there are in the family.

I searched for reliable sources on the Internet, and I have found none.

The number of children in the family ranges from four to eight, depending on the authors. The first-names of the children are even not unanimous. One of the children (Thérèse-Charlotte Jugan), was born into a family that had a different name!

How accurate are the genealogies which can be found on the Internet?

The nature of the Internet and the notoriety of the personality make it difficult to access original information.

It would be nice if someone more gifted than me, would find reliable information for this page.

Thanks and best regards,
