The article name is Professor Burhanuddin Rabbani University - but the article references are for "Kabul Education University". What is the right name for the university?

The History section was removed because it was a copyright violation of http://keu.edu.af/en/page/6174.

This can be resolved, though, by rewriting the section so that it is not a word-for-word copy of information from the source - and is not a close paraphrasing of the information.
