Melodic Hardcore?
I don't see how these guys could be labeled "melodic hardcore"
- I have rarely heard them described as anything but on punknews.org and similar —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.142.13.25 (talk) 15:30, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Kid Dynamite the orginal band
This is not the original band called Kid Dynamite. The original Band was a break off of the Steve Miller band in the 70's.
The original members were; Dick Thompson (Bass-Keyboards-Vocals), John King (Drums-Precussion), Michael Mallen (Guitar-Vocals), Val Garcia (lead Vocals).
The Music was funk, rythem, blues with a typical early 70's feel good rock.
The first album was recorded with Cream Records Inc. in Los Angeles, California in 1976 and was self titled "Kid Dynamites".
This is the only recording I know of.
The album cover is a battle axe and shield holding futuristic helmet wearing warrior stepping over his fallen foe wearing a "KD" t-shirt. The background is shadowed to fill in the space around the warrior. I'm unable to scan the cover to add to this.--Mce1371 (talk) 16:47, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
