There are some fairly inflammatory statements made in the fourth paragraph, which which states,

"NCO has been accused with over a thousand complaints for mistreatment to employees which include sexual harassment, unhealthy facilities, and extremely long working periods which may go from 12 to 18 hours daily. Complaints are still being reviewed by Guatemala´s BPO Syndicate. A regular agent (employee) makes GTQ 15.00 an hour, approximately USD $1.50."

Multiple cites are needed here to back up these claims. As a collection agency, NCO is not going to be a very popular organization; still, it's crucial for any such assertions to be founded on actual evidence.

Just so editors are aware, this article has been edited by employees of NCO to remove well-sourced information that is critical of NCO and to introduce blatant advertising. Edgeweyes (talk) 13:32, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
