In its current state, the article reads like it could have come off their website. In addition, the [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pennsylvania_Higher_Education_Assistance_Agency&diff=next&oldid=459693264 edit responsible] for the current condition also deleted a brief controversies section.
