What is the basis of this claim?

"He was most famous for co-authoring..."

This is a man who was a world-class pitcher with one of the greatest teams ever assembled. He wears two championship rings. I'd say he's most famous for being a pitcher.HedgeFundBob (talk) 12:13, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
