Time to split off WTKZ

Now that WTKZ has been sold off by Cumulus to a different owner that has itself resold the station to interests that, if they haven't already (as there seem to be some LMAs), [https://radioinsight.com/headlines/218607/mega-107-1-debuts-in-lancaster-york-via-major-keystone-swap/ will program it with Spanish-language CHR], there's no good reason why WTKZ should still share an article with WEEX.
