I suggest adding the following publication to the Further reading section:

Bieńczyk-Missala, Agnieszka (2024). [https://www.taylorfrancis.com/reader/read-online/6d789277-dd31-442d-bf1e-1fcdd1129157/chapter/pdf?context=ubx "Russia’s War Crimes in Ukraine as a Tool of War"]. In Grzebyk, Patrycja; Uczkiewicz, Dominika (eds.). The Russian-Ukrainian Conflict and War Crimes: Challenges for Documentation and International Prosecution. Routledge. p. 115-128. ISBN 9781003493785.

Why are there no Ukrainian war crimes mentioned specificially in conscription?

https://www.rferl.org/a/ukraine-military-manpower-crisis-pressgang-recruitment/33161193.html

https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/ukrainian-men-dragged-out-of-nightclubs-and-restaurants-army-press-gang-kyiv/

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cz994d6vqe5o

It is well documented that the Ukrainian TCC drags off it's civilians to the frontlines / to military training.

I find it very odd that this is not mentioned in the conscription section of this article. 2003:C3:3F15:D597:74A0:2AFB:6966:1911 (talk) 04:47, 10 February 2025 (UTC)

:It is not mentioned because it is in no way a war crime. But conscripting or enlisting on occupied territory, like Russia does in Ukraine, is prohibited by the Fourth Geneva Convention and specifically listed as a war crime in the Rome Statute. I would like to point out that if this was a war crime, we would be compelled to add that Russia does much [https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/10/16/russia-mobilization-men/ the same].
