Indiana Attorney General?

The article currently claims that Otto won election as the Indiana Attorney General in 1858. However, [http://www.in.gov/library/3239.htm this source] does not list him as having held that office; instead, Joseph E. McDonald is listed as having held the position from 1856 - 1860. The [http://bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=M000412 Congressional Bioguide] agrees, stating that McDonald won re-election in 1858.
