Lines
Tanashi Station is served by the 47.5 km Seibu Shinjuku Line from {{STN|Seibu-Shinjuku|x}} in Tokyo to {{STN|Hon-Kawagoe|x}} in Saitama Prefecture. Station layout
The station has two elevated island platforms serving three tracks. Platform 2 and 3 share the same track.

History
Tanashi Station opened on 16 April 1927.
