This template acts as a citation template for a [http://plants.usda.gov USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service PLANTS] Profile.

1. {{Para|symbol}} : slug of PLANTS URL. For example, from the URL https://plants.usda.gov/core/profile?symbol=OEAR4, extract {{para|symbol|OEAR4}}.
2. {{Para|title}} : link text (defaults to page name)
3. {{Para|date}} : date
4. {{Para|access-date}} : access date (for use in citations)

The template accepts unnamed arguments in the order listed, above. In addition, it accepts any parameter that {{tl|citation}} does.
