:*Comment: The article history is a bit of a mess. The team name was announced Tuesday and an editor moved the Yakima Bears article to this name, then someone else copied and pasted the bears info from this article into a new Bears article. Can't do that, so we basically flipped it so the Bears article properly has the old history and this article is pretty much all new content. Aboutmovies (talk) 07:41, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

• 16px You're right, the article history was tricky to navigate through but in looking at the last pre-Oct 16th [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Yakima_Bears&oldid=515189001 version of the Yakima Bears] article and the new Hillsboro Hops article, I can see that the content for the Hops article is, indeed, new and not a cut & paste version of the Bears article. Article length is fine. The article is well referenced, including the hook, with no signs of copyright issues or plagiarism. Agne^Cheese/^Wine 07:52, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
